We're looking for an experienced software developer to join the project that is aimed at creating Robo-­advisory technology and trading data analysis platform. The role implies working with other developers, quantitative researchers, data scientists and business. The ideal match for us is a cheerful and well-organised self-starter who can both have the tasks done and initiate new ones in order to bring value to the company. 

Your tasks:

  • Setting and prioritising tasks together with the team lead and business

  • Constructing the automated trading system that functions with no human intervention 

  • Writing great code

Your qualifications:

  • A good command of C++ and desire to write in Golang

  • Experience with investment/trading technology and/or high performance low latency systems

  • Experience in requirements analysis and system design

  • Knowledge of Data Science and a command of Python is a plus

  • A degree in STEM from a leading university


We are looking for an experienced data scientist to join the project that is aimed at creating robo-­advisory technology and financial data analysis platform. The role implies working with developers as well as business. The ideal match is an experienced researcher who is highly motivated to make a career in investment analysis and is capable of the entire idea2prod cycle - from preparing data and creating trading strategies till launching algorithms in production and analysing simulation-production discrepancies.

The problems can be grouped as follows:

  • Global optimization

  • Cluster analysis

  • Prediction of time series (with or without external signals)


  • Statistical research and modelling

  • Building financial data analysis infrastructure and simulation environment 

  • Creating and tuning machine learning algorithms for investment strategies

  • Shaping requirements, setting and prioritising tasks together with business 


  • A degree in STEM from a leading university

  • Solid programming skills in Python, including coding production-related applications

  • Extensive knowledge and experience of machine learning techniques, esp. recurrent neural networks

  • Knowledge of linear algebra, numerical methods, probability and statistics

  • Experience in financial industry / knowledge of financial theory is a huge advantage

  • Experience in academic research is an advantage

You will assume the tasks, which are currently outsourced, and perform all alone. It would be great if you have some programming expertise and want to participate in software development as well.

Technological stack
Currently, the platform runs on dedicated servers, Amazon Cloud and Digital Ocean. We write code in C++ and GO + in Python in some cases and in R&D. Some of the technologies we use are RabbitMQ, Docker containers, Jenkins, PostgreSQL etc.

Your tasks

  • Setting up and manage production and development environments
